Elder Barrack Muga Musewe

(1936-2020)

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Elder Barrack Muga Musewe of Gem Maliera, Siaya which occurred on 2nd January 2020.

Beloved husband of Mary Olali Muga. Son of the late Joel Musewe and the late Sibia Agutu. Son in-law of the late Okello Ogada and the late Drusilla Wera. Father of Meshack Muga (UN-FAOKEIKEFRI), Beatrice Muga (HHES), Mildred Otieno (Nyagowa Pri. School), Joel Muga (Skymatt Ltd), Dr. Zablon Muga (MOUST), Eudia Odhiambo (Deloitte), Jessica Odero (Lorosok Investments), Hulder Muga Sikwata (Deloitte), Salome Amolo (Gathimaini Pharmacy) and the late David Muga.

Bother of Richard Oguro, the late William Sanjro and the late Jesica Omware. Father-in-law of Judith Odera, Philip Otieno, Sarah Ogada, Beatrice Maua, George Ambatta, Charles Odero, Amos Sikwata and Habil Amolo. Brother-in- law of Zacharia Omware, Dorcas Songa, Salome Obago, Isaya Anam Okello, Dorothy Odindo, Sarah Sanjro, the late Benta Oguro,  the late Eudia Ouma, late Dimo Ramogi and the late Ogaya Okello.

Friends and relatives are meeting at his home in Gem Maliera for prayers and funeral arrangements.

Fundraising will be held on Tuesday 7th January 2020 at All Saints Cathedral starting 5.30 pm.

Cortege leaves the mortuary on Thursday 9th January 2020 and burial will take place on Friday 10th January 2020 at his home in Maliera Village, North Gem, Siaya County.
