Elder Paul Onyambu Ogutu

The family of Onyambu is saddened to announce the passing of their beloved Elder Paul Onyambu Ogutu of Gekomu, Mwembe Tayari Kisii, which occurred on 29th September, 2019, at the Nairobi Hospital.

Loving husband of Paskaliah Kemuma Ogutu, father of Tom, Barcley, Jeneby (JB), Nick, Dinah, Esther, Ednah and Perris. Son of the late Thomas Ogutu and late Bilhah Kerubo. Son in-law of the late Absalom & the late Bosibori Onwong’a. Brother of Ondimu, Truphosa, Mose, the late Oenga, Nyanduko, the late Nyanchoka, & Moraa. Father-in-law of Emma, Irene, Vivian, Ken and Robert; Grandfather of Ivana, Hadassah, Bradley, Sharlene, Nadia, Naila, Kendra, Jasmine, Noah, Sean, Darryl, Sean and Lisa. Korera of Mzee Stanley & Mama Honesty Mwithimbu (Kaaga), Hon. David & Helen Kombo, Mzee Samuel & Mama Josephine Nyang’au, Mama Ruth Mathaya, Mzee Dishon & Mama Rose Omuria.

A memorial service will be held at Newlife SDA Church, off 5th Ave Ngong Road Nairobi on Wednesday 9th October at 11:00am.

The cortege leaves Montezuma funeral home on Thursday 10th at 8:00am for a church service at Mwembe SDA church, Kisii town at 11:00am. Of the same day. Thereafter depart for Nyamagesa, Keroka for overnight stay.

Mzee will be laid to rest on Friday the 11th of October, 2019 at Nyamagesa, Keroka Kisii.
