It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Elijah Kiboit Tuwei which occurred on Thursday 4th February 2021.

He was born on 16th March 1943 in Surungai, Nandi County. He was the third born son of the late Judah Sambu and the late Ludiah Sambu. Husband of Oglah Tuwei. Father of Felix Cheruiyot, Joel Kipchirchir, Allan Kipkosgei, Job Kiprop, and Brian Kiprotich. He was also a guardian to Shadrack Kiprop and Joanne Mengich

He was a brother of the late Lameck Mibei, the Late Japhter Tiony, Jemimah Sang, Erick Mibei, Apollo Tiony, the late Phoebean Jemutai and General (Rtd) Jackson Tuwei.

He was a brother-in-law of Herodion Tiony, the Late William Sang, Rael Mibei, Jane Elizabeth Tuwei, Rosaline, Joseph, Meshack, the late Rael, the late Mary and David.

The Cortege leaves Eldoret hospital Mortuary on Wednesday 10th February 2021 for burial at his farm in Chemoset, Soy constituency, Uasin Gishu County on Thursday 11th February 2021.

Family and Friends meet every evening for prayers at home in Chemoset.
