It is with great sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Elikana Ombongi Orangi, which occurred on Tuesday, 28/07/2020. He was an employee of the County Government of Nyamira.

Son of the Late Orangi Nyakeruma and Pacifica Nyanchera. Husband of Juline Bosibori. Father of Collins Okero and Jayden Orangi. Brother of Adv. Joshua Orangi of Nyamira County Assembly, the Late Kennedy Moseti, Major Boaz Orangi, Kamanda, Peter, Mokaya, Nyaigoti (CVT), Ondieki, Mokua, Naom, Hellen, Judith, Agnes (USA), the Late Kemunto, Mary, Moraa, Jane, Bosibori, and the Late Mariachana.Uncle of Lameck Orangi,Austin, Lenny, Sharon, Stephanie, Orangi, Ryan, Ethan, Major Nyaigoti, Magare, Cpt. Mokaya, Isaac, Ann (USA), Fr. Thaddeus (Germany), the Late Mokeira, and Derrick. Son-in-law of Methuselah Mokaya and Dorcas Nyanchera. Brother-in-law of Everline (KNH), Emily (WASREB), Mary (KMTC), Josephine, Alice, Penninah, Nyakundi, Onchaga, Osoro, Paul, Lillian, Sarah, Lucy, and Emmah.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at his home in Riamachana village.

The cortege leaves Christa-Marianne Hospital Mortuary on Friday, August 7th 2020 at 9.00am for burial in Nyamira ounty, Magombo Division, Nyaguku Sub-Location, Riamachana village on the same day.
