It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Elisha Munubi Arnbula (Major) at Webuye Sub-County Hospital on 20/10/2019, after a long illness bravely borne.

Son of the Late Mzee Elijah Ambula and the late Mama Ruth Ambula. Beloved husband of Catherine Munubi. Father of Ken Ambula (UK), Mercy Munubi (Voi), Humphrey Ogada, Chris Munubi, Andrew Abuka, Brian Asala, Vincent Agula and Carolyn Munubi. Brother of Francis Ambula (USA), the late Joy Attogo, the late Fred Vuyiya., Dr Mary Ambula (Egerton University), the Late Edwin Ambula, Patrick Kaisha, Linny Ambula, Pamela Oguda and Dr. Rose Litunya (JKUAT). Son in-law of the late Wanakacha Murumba and Mama Daina Nasambu. Uncle of Kevin (US), Sylvia Attogo (Safaricom), Hon. Elvis Abuka (MCA-Milima Ward), among others. Grandfather of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Mukuyuni, Bungoma North for funeral and burial arrangements.

A fundraising meeting to offset the hospital bill and burial expenses will take place at United Kenya Club on Tuesday, 29/10/2019, from 5:30PM and at his Mukuyuni home from 2PM. Any contributions can be chanelled to:- Paybill No. 967260 Acc. No Your Name.

The cortege will leave Kiminini Mortuary on Thursday 31/10/2019. Burial will take place on 2/11/2019 at his home in Mukuyuni.

In God’s hands you rest, in our hearts you remain treasured. Rest in peace daddy. You fought a good fight, you finished the race, you kept the faith.
