Elizabeth Mumbi (Waruri) Njiraini

It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Elizabeth Mumbi (Waruri) Njiraini on 3rd January, 2019 after a short illness, at Gatundu Level 5 Hospital.

The wife of the late Samuel Njiraini Kinyiria. Mother of Wilson Kamau Njiraini of Garden Estate, Lucy Njoki Kiarie of Gathanji Village Githunguri, Keziah Wambui Njiraini (Toll — Ruiru), Lilian Njeri, the late Julius Mwangi, James Gitau, Amos Ngugi (Mathu) all of Gatundu and Phyllis Wanja Njenga (Gikambura village, Kikuyu). Mother-in-law of Grace Kamau (Garden Estate), the late Kenneth Kiarie, Susan Wairimu and Elizabeth Mumbi. Grandmother of Kennedy Njiraini, Elizabeth Mumbi, Anne Wanjiru, Stellah Gathoni, Lucy Njoki, Samuel Njiraini, Elijah Kamau, Gitonga, Mbugua, Wambui, Wairimu, Nyambura and Mwaura. Great-grandmother of 15 Children.

Family and friends are meeting at her home, Ihura Village, Handege Sub-location, Gatundu South everyday from 3.00pm up to Thursday 10th/1/2019.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta Funeral Home on Friday 11/1/2019 at 8:00am. Funeral service held at the same day at St. Stephen Ihura Catholic Church starting at 10.30am. Thereafter burial will take place at her home Ihura village Handege Sub-location, Gatundu South.
