Elvina Maro Majiwa (Balozi)

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing away of Ms Elvina Maro Majiwa which occurred on Saturday 13th November 2025.

The late Elvina (Balozi) was the beloved daughter of Hibrahim Majiwa and Lilian Majiwa, sister of Lewis and Dr. Gayle, and a cherished cousin, niece and friend to many.

There will be a fundraiser on Thursday, 18th December 2025, from 5:00 p.m. at Nairobi Central SDA Church, Old Sanctuary to defray the funeral costs and related hospital expenses.

A memorial service will be held at NewLife SDA Church, 5th Ngong Avenue, Nairobi on Monday, 22nd December 2025 from 11.00am.

The burial service will take place on Friday, 26th December 2025 at Wikondiek Village, Rachuonyo North Sub County in Homa Bay County.
