Appreciation

The family of our beloved Emmanuel Patrick Kimani Gitau (Gichumbu) and the late Teresa Wanjiku Gitau would like to thank everyone who stood with us during the sudden demise of our Dad. Special gratitude goes to Fr. Alfonso (Kenya), Fr. Roberto (USA), and Fr. Giuliano & Fr. Mimo (Superior – Missionaries of St. Charles Borromeo) (Kenya) who prayed with us and gave us the spiritual guidance we needed at the very difficult moment.

We highly appreciate all our relatives and friends in Kenya, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and various parts of the US and the world for your financial contributions, presence, prayers, and unwavering support. Notably we would like to thank the organizing committee at Kahawa Wendani, Kiamwangi Gatundu South, St. Joseph Catholic Church Kahawa Sukari Parish, St. Francis Jumuiya, CMA, CWA, the EABL fraternity and the staff at Kenyatta Memorial Funeral Home (Kenyatta University Teaching & Referral Hospital) for helping us prepare to rest Dad in his final resting place.

As it is not possible to mention everyone who supported us in various ways at our hour of need, we humbly ask that you accept our heartfelt and sincere gratitude for your love and support. May his memories and the good times we had forever be engraved in our hearts.

Even in death we still love you Dad. Lord grant Dad eternal rest and let perpetual light shine upon him. Fare thee well until we meet again.
