It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Eng. Jecton Okuogo Amuya Ismail of Kabuog village, Uyoma that occurred on 2nd February 2019.

Beloved son to the late Josiah Amuya and the late Patricia Amuya. Loving Husband to the late Hawa Selina. Son in law to the late Marijan Juma and the late Mariam Tabu. Father to the late Akinyi Amuya, Dr. Lisa Adhiambo, Julie Amuya and Jude Ogwayo. Brother to the late Consolata Adhiambo, Peter Miruka the late Jennifer Sande Olweru, late Walter Ogwayo, late Phanuel Otieno, Peres Owino Odoro and late Japheth Jagongo. Brother in law to John Odoro Ocholla of Kadinga Seme, Kitare school, late James Olweru of Kombija Seme Alwala School, the late Taji Mohammed, late Sherifa Juma, Mimi Mohammed, Zarah Mohammed, Neiyma Mohammed among others.

Father in law to Christie Omondi, Wycliffe Owiti Ochieng and Godfrey Kwesa. Uncle to the late Job Otieno, late Yogo Jagongo, John Odera, Alfred Otieno, late Millicent Awour, Miriam Akoth, Boniface Jagongo, Ismail Jagongo, late Zuhura Bakari, Ibrahim Bakari, Tima Bakari and many other. Grandfather to Ismail Pill, Renee Aluoch, Selina Hawa Shukri, Nathan Ochieng, Wayne Odera Agnes Odera, Natalie Angel, Samatha Pendo, Evans Nyaundi, Amson Ligah and many other.

Friends and family meet daily at his residence in Jamuhuri Estate II off Ngong road.

The family inconjuction with the funeral committee will have a Harambee on Tuesday 12th February 2019 at All Saints Cathedral from 5.30Pm.

There will be a funeral service on Thursday 14th February 2019 at All Saints Cathedral starting 12noon.

Burial will be on Saturday 16th February 2019 at Kabuong Village, Uyoma.
