It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Erastus BIN Rweria, MBS which occurred on 2nd December 2025.

Son of the late Frankline Rweria and late Ciliaka Kanyamu.

Husband of Rosemary Ciamikui. Father of Virginia Kawira, Duncan Muthomi, Dennis Victor Mbae, Judith Murugi, Mercy Kainyu, Fridah Karimi and Frankline Kimanthi.

Father-in-law of Julius Mbuba Njagi, Anne Mukuna Rweria, the late Egidia Kagweni, Japhet Nyaga Mbaka and Charles Chege Waithaka and a loving grandfather and great-grandfather.

Brother of the late Justus Mbuba, Lucy Ciandeke Kime, Hellen Ciambaka, Jedidah Ciagitari, Lawrence Rweria and Alicent Kageni Gitonga.

Friends and family are meeting at his residence in Rubia Estate, Langata as well as in Gakuuni village/Chuka, Tharaka Nithi County.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, 16th December 2025 at Kangutu Primary School grounds, followed by the burial at his home in Gakuuni village/ Chuka, Tharaka Nithi County.
