Eshmael Oghani Indeche

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, Mr. Eshmael Oghani Indeche, on the 18th of August 2025 at KU Teaching and Referral Hospital. Nairobi, after a bravely fought illness.

Beloved husband of Mrs. Loice Oghani (Makongi Primary and Junior Secondary School — Soy Sub County). Cherished father of Dr. Joy Munde (Consolata Hospital Nkubu), Dr. Julius Olukoye (Sparks Medical Clinic — Thika), Linnet Ondeche (Kenya School of TVET), Jeffrey Indeche (Kabarak University), Elizabeth Juniper Lebha (Zetech University), and Zachariah Ambuli (Maseno School).

Brother of the late Jeremiah, the late Loice, Moses and Grace. Brother-in-law of Eng Benard (Public Works-Eldoret), Dickson (Ahero) and Esther (Ahero).

Loving uncle of Sarah, Agnes, Adora, Abigael, Joshua, Jonah, Qs Winnie, Adv Mike, Shammah, Georgies, Cleopas, and Boaz.

Cousin of Boaz Zachariah.

The cortege leaves KU Teaching and Referral Hospital Funeral Home on Thursday, 28th August 2025, for his Eldoret home (Action Estate) for an overnight vigil. On Friday, 29th August 2025, there will be a church service to be held at Central church of God – Eldoret, beginning at 10:00 a.m., after which the cortege proceeds to his home in Chekalini, Lugari Sub County, Kakamega County. The funeral service and burial will be held Saturday, 30th August 2025, at his home in Chekalini, Lugari Sub County, Kakamega County.
