Esther Njeri Kung’u Githuku

It is with humble acceptance of God’s ultimate will and profound grief that we announce the promotion to glory of Esther Njeri Kung’u.

Daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Munyua Muthua. Husband of the late Francis Kung’u Githuku. Sister of six siblings, among them David Kimani Munyua and Mary Wambui. Mother of Lucy Nyambura, Grace Nduta, Eng. Godfrey Githuku, Peter Ndungu, James Maingi, Mary Wambui, Elizabeth Wanjiku and the late Geoffrey Kariuki. She was an aunt, a grandmother and a great grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting at her home in Passenga village, Ol Kalou, daily from 3pm for prayers and funeral preparations.

Burial will be held on Wednesday 2nd October 2019. The cortege will leave JM Memorial Hospital at 8am and proceed to her Passenga home for the funeral service and burial.
