Esther Wambui Kimani

We announce the passing to glory of Esther Wambui Kimani, beloved wife of the late Amb. John Kamau Kimani.

Daughter of the late: Stephen Njoroge and Beatrice Wamaitha, step daughter of Karen Wanjiru. Daughter-in-law of the late: Elijah Kimani and Esther Wambui.

Mother of Lawrence Kimani, Stephen Njoroge, Joseph Njenga and Pauline Rimi. Mother-in-law of Margret Wanjiku and Anne Wambui. Grandmother of Andrew, lan, Alan,Alvin and Liam.

Sister of the late: Peter Kimani, Racheal Muthoni Kihumbu, Grace Nungari Mwangi. Survived by Josephine Wanjiru, James Ndegwa, Nellie Mugure Githire, Isabella Gathoni, Emily Nungari Njuguna, Charles Kimani, Pauline Wanjiku, Margret Muthoni Kahuria, Arthur Mbugua, George Muthemba, Edith Wamucii Ondieki and Nelly Mugure Njonjo.

Sister in-law of the late: Joseph Njenga, Daniel Mbiri, Jane Nyambura, David Mbugua, Joyce Wanja, James Njenga and Lillian Murugi. Survived by Paul Ngugi, Leah Nyambura and David Ngaruiya.

Memorial Service will be held at St. Marks Westlands at 2.00pm on Friday, 22nd March 2024.

Daily Meetings are being held at her home in Kitisuru and at their farm in Ndemi Ol Kalau.

Burial will take place at the farm in Ndemi on Tuesday, March 26th 2024. The cortege will leave J.M Mortuary, Ol Kalau at 9.00am.
