Evan Mathangani Njaramba

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the transition of Evan Mathangani Njaramba (formerly of Geodev K Ltd). He hailed from Naibrom Village, Sipili, Ng’arua. The death occurred following a tragic accident at Makuyu along Nyeri-Nairobi highway on 31st May, 2019.

Son of Mathew Njaramba (formerly of Githima Primary School, Laikipia County) and Agnes Wanjiru (formerly of Ndurumo Dispensary, Laikipia County). Husband of Lydiah Nyaikamba and father of Seth Njaramba. Cousin of Naomi Wanjiku, Faith Wangechi, Irene Wangechi, James Minjire, Thomas Maina, Stanley Maina and many others. Nephew of Peter Wachira from Embakasi, George Kimani from Gatitu Nyeri, Elizabeth Thogori from Kihome — Othaya, Grace Wanjiku of Baltimore Maryland, USA, Alice Wangari Mutahi from Nyeri and many others. Grandchild of the late Bernard Kiririu Wambugu and Charity Mukami from Gatitu — Nyeri and the late Charles King’ori and Joyce Wagaki from Kihome — Othaya.

Family and friends are meeting at their home in Sipili and at Emmacra Hotel Nairobi every day starting 5pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Nyahururu General Hospital Mortuary on Saturday 8th June, 2019 at 8am followed by mass and funeral rites at their home starting 10am.

We thank God for the life we shared with Evan. May his soul rest in eternal peace
