Evans Chege Mahia

We the family of the late Mr Evans Chege Mahia wish to covey our heartfelt gratitude to all those who stood with us following the illness and promotion to glory of our patriarch. We would like to thank God almighty for giving us our patriarch for over 78 years. God blessed him in so many ways and used him to be a blessing to many.

We want to appreciate and thank our relatives, friends not only here in Kenya but those abroad in particular the UK, Botswana, Australia and the USA, for their support, prayers, home visits, messages of encouragement and generosity.

We would like to recognise and thank Rev. Dr. Silas Yego, the presiding Bishop of AIC Kenya, Rev. Abraham Mulwa, deputy presiding Bishop AIC Kenya, Rev. Geoffrey Gichure, Bishop central area and Bishop Tsuma, Bishop Thika area. The clergy and members of AIC Plainsview led by Rev. Simeon Adera Ngu’ono, the clergy and members of Lari D.C.C., PCEA Loresho south district prayer group, Loresho and Ondiri communities.

We would also like to thank all the doctors and nurses at Aga Khan, Nairobi and Mater hospitals.

Finally, we want to thank the funeral coordinating committee and all service providers for working diligently and faithfully to give him a fitting send off.
