Evangelist Susan Wairimu Wanderi, (Gathigia)

It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the transition to glory of Evangelist Susan Wairimu Wanderi, (Gathigia) which occurred on 14/6/2021 at Mombasa.

Daughter of Benjamin and Lydia Murunga (both late) of Ihithe, Nyeri County. Daughter-in- law to the late Mr.& Mrs. Wanderi. Cherished wife of David Wanderi and beloved mother to Joel, late Benjamin, Waithera, Moses, Lydia and Sheila. Mother-in -law to Linah, Betty and late Wafula.

Grandmother to Faith, Wairimu, Mark, Eva, Angel, Susan, Makena, David and Billy. She was a beloved sister to Wagura, Muthoni, Jacinta, Mary, Wanjiku, Jane, Julia, Muriuki and late Rose. Sister-in- law to Dominic Kamau and William Mwangi, among others. She was an adored aunt to Josiah, Wambui, and many others.

The cortege leaves Coast General funeral home on Tuesday 22nd June, for a church service and burial at the Mbaraki cemetery in Mombasa.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her residence in Magongo, Bomu Estate and Rainbow Estate, Nyali daily from 5-8pm.
