It is with great sorrow and sadness that we announce the death of Felister Limo Odondi which occurred on I st May 2017 at Meridian Equator Hospital. Nairobi.
Beloved wife of the late Dickson Odondi. Doting mother of the late Lilian Odhiambo. Ricky Odhiambo (USA), Pamela Atieno (Oracle Corporation), David Ambala, Rachel Odondi (Roya Media Services). Grandmother of Felister Odhiambo, Faith Odhiambo, Nathan Kimani and Shani, Hera and many others. Daughter of the late Mzee Francis Lyimo and Mama Raheli Matemu Lyimo of Marangu, Moshi, Tanzania. Mother in-law Rael Awero (USA), Samuel Karanja (H+K) Strategies, Nairobi) and Elvis Otina (Elot Supplies). Sister of the late Sara Lyimo,the late Jacob Lyimo, Omega Mosha, Bertha Lyimo, Ngimia Ngomuo, Esther Minja and Shose Yateri. Sister in Law of Truphena Oloo, Philip Ogola,Alice Oluoko, Jacob Odondi, Evans Odondi, Stevens Odondi, Dr. John Odondi and Felgona Odondi. Co-sister in-law of Mary Ogola, Elizabeth Odondi, Beatrice Ochieng’. Pauline Onyango and Esther Odondi. Loving aunt of John, Pam, Luke, Ben, Kila Neti, MJ, Erick, Atieno, Tony, Harry, Ochieng’, Lina, Eddy, Peter, Atieno , Amo, Eddah, Sarah, Anna, Doc,Dan, Achieng’, Omondi. Prayers will be held at Umash Funeral Home’s Chapel on Thursday 11th May 2017 at 1pm and thereafter the cortege leaves the funeral home for her residence at Sore Road, Plainsview Estate, House number 745, South B for a night vigil. The burial will take place on Saturday 13th May 2017 at Gem Ramula, Siaya County.
