Francis Gichuru Mungai (G)

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr. Francis Gichuru Mungai (G) formerly of National Assembly.

Son of the lates Mr & Mrs Mungai Kanyoroku. Loving husband of Josphine Wanjiku Gichuru. Father of Lucy Njoki Nyaga, Joseph Mungai Gichuru (KDF) and Samuel Richu (JKUAT). Brother of Ruth Thairu, Stephen Churu Mungai of Haida Investments, the late Nelly Njeri, the late Esther Mugure, Mary Mungai (Purma Holdings Ltd), Grace Kaheti and the late John Kamura.

Father-in-law of Amos Nyaga Ita and Lucy Wanjira Mungai, Grandfather of Wendi Nyaga and Josephine Mungai.

Family and friends are meeting today 12/9/18 and tomorrow 13/9/18 at all Saints Cathedral from 5.00PM, and at his Gachika home from 4pm.

The Cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Friday 14th September at 8.00a.m for Funeral Service and burial at his Gachika, Kiganjo home at 11am.

The Lord gave us Francis and he has taken him home, in God’s Hands he rests.
