Francis Kimani Gichuki

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Francis Kimani Gichuki, which occurred on 26th June 2022 after an illness.

Son of the Late Joseph Gichuki Riunge and the Late Esther Wanjiku Gichuki. Son-in-Law of the Late Peter Mbugua Makimei and Mary Njoki Mbugua.

Loving husband of Edith Wambui Kimani. Father to Esther Wanjiku, Daniel Gichuki and Boniface Mbugua. Father-in-law to Rachel Nyambura and Alice Wanjiku.

Brother to David Muniu and Mary Wanjiru. Step brother to Teresa Wanjiru, Francis Mburu, Boniface Njung’e, the Late Douglas Itotia, and Josephine Njeri. Grandfather of Collins Mwangi, Israel Kimani, and Marley Kigotho.

Uncle to Susan and Reuben Mungai, Gichuki Muniu, and Ciiku Muniu. Brother-in-Law to many.

The cortege leaves Uplands Funeral Home along Nairobi-Nakuru Highway on Friday 1st July 2022 at 8am for burial at their home in Murengeti Village, Limuru.
