Francis Mimera Njenga

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Francis Mimera Njenga on the 1st of December 2025.

Son of the late John Njenga and the late Zipporah Wangare. Step-son of Mary Gachahi. Husband of Jacinta Njeri.

Father of John Njenga, Juvernalis Waweru, and Alice Wairimu. Father in love of Frasiah Nungari. Grandfather of Mabelle Nieri, Jacob Mimera and others.

Brother of Dr. Chege (Kt!), Dr. Naomi (Nkr), Dr. Ngethe (Nkr), late Mary Mwihaki, Ann Nyambura, Japheth Gachie, Paul Mwangi, Ruth Wanjiku, Peter Chege, Esther Nganga, the late Francis Maguru, and late Mercy Wanjiku.

He was in-law of the Ngethe’s, Waweru’s, and Karenge’s.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Ngorika Ndogo near Roots Academy for prayers and burial arrangements from 4.00pm.

Body viewing will take place at Umash Funeral Home from 7.00 am on 6th December 2025.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home at 8.00am on Saturday 6th December 2025 for burial service at Molo Twenty Acres, Molo town, Nakuru County and thereafter, interment at the same location.
