Geoffrey Oluoch Okello

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden death of Geoffrey Oluoch Okello which occurred through a tragic road accident along Jogoo Road-Nairobi on 28th February, 2019. Until his death he was a lecturer at Kenya Utalii College, Nairobi.

Son of the late Okello Rembo and Mama Anna Atieno Okello (Ugenya, Sega). Brother of Joseph P. Odhiambo Okello (Kisumu), the late George Otieno Okello, the late Daniel Ochieng Okello, Alice Juma Okello (Kenyatta Market), Jenipher Anyango Onyango (Nina School for the Deaf, Siaya), the late Rose Awuor. Brother-in-law of Winstone Onyango Obiero (Eshianini Primary School, Kakamega County), Alice Odhiambo, Hellen Odhiambo, Joan Ochieng (Nairobi City Council) and the late Jully Opino Otieno. Uncle of Maurice, Allan, Jack, David, Remmy, Brian, Ian, Eddy, Fabian, Jue, Melvin, James, David Barack, Valentine, Sharon, Winnie, Vera among others.

The cortege departs for Sega on 15th March, 2019.

Burial will be on 16th March, 2019 at his ancestral home in North Ugenya Location, Sega Sub-location, Kondiek Mukwiro Village.
