Geoffrey Onderi Obiero “Zungu”

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the tragic demise of Geoffrey Onderi Obiero “Zungu” of Kengen, which occurred on Saturday 9th November 2025.

He was son of the late Richard Obiero and Teresa Mogusu.

Beloved father of Jewel Blessing Onderi and Bradley Onderi.

He was brother of Sylvia Gimona, Edwin Obiero and the late Franklin Ogoti. Brother in law of Jack Gimona, Abigael Kemei and Ednah Ogoti.

Nephew of Aranga, Agasa, Zawadi, Mwebi, Nyobendo, Meshack, Mogaka, the lates Charles, Joshua ands Rocket, Marita, Tabitha, Eunice, Elphine, Teresia, Moraa, Sorobi, Neria, Naomi and Cherosi. He was cousin and uncle to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Naivasha from 5.30p.m.

The main fundraising will be held on Wednesday 19/11/2025 at Tumaini House from 6.00p.m.

The cortege leaves Naivasha Level 4 Mortuary on Friday 21/11/25 at 8.00a.m. for his home in Naivasha. The funeral service and interment will take place on from 10.00a.m. at the same venue.
