It is with humble acceptance of God’s will we announce the passing on of Mrs. Gladys lgoki Njiru on 07/04/2017.

Beloved wife of Mr. Anderson Njiru Kugariura, Sister of the Late Julia Dishon, and step-sister of the Late Canon Rev. Ezekiel Mwige, the Late Daniel Mwige and the Late Miriam Josia.

Loving mother of Dr. Henry Njiru, Nancy Njiru, Beth Mwisywa, Col. Peter Njiru, Caroline Mugoh, Dr. Godfrey Njuki and Doris Njiru. Mother-in-law of Felista Njue, Rev. Nerbert Mwisywa, Mercy Mbogo, Patrick Mugoh and the late Caroline Njeri Njuki. Grandmother of Mukami, Pauline, Sheila, Angela, Crispin & Nelly, Eric & Carol, Wanja, Njoki & Ndirangu, Muthoni, Sammy, Nyambura, Wawira, Ryan, Murugi, Muchiri, Stephanie, Mitchelle, and Teddy. Great grandmother of Keyshia and Liam.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home at Gicharu village, Kirima and at Sunrise hotel in Embu and on Wednesday 12/04/2017 in Nairobi at St Andrews PCEA Church.

The cortege leaves Gakwegori funeral home on Friday 14/04/2017 at 9:00am for a funeral service at ACK St. Lukes Kirima church.

Burial will take place at her home in Gicharu Village, Kirima Sub-Location in Mbeere South at 2pm.
