It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Grace Bartonjo of Ministry of Health-Department of Laboratory Services (National Public Health Laboratory), which occurred on 26th January, 2023 while undergoing treatment at Coptic Hospital, Nairobi.

Daughter to the late Bartonjo Kipkech and Christine Bartonjo. Step-daughter to the late Talai Bartonjo. Daughter-in-law to the late Joseph Ngetich Cheptinga andTargok Cheptinga.

Wife to the late Engineer James Cheptinga. Mother to Shirleen Jerotich and Cynthia Jepchumba.

Sister to Zakayo, Rosaline, Samson, Nancy, Jane, and Enoch. Step-sister to Esther, Richard, Rodah, Rebecca, Loise and Dorothy.

Sister-in-law to Wilson, Philip, David, Vincent, Joyce, Doris and Susan.

Funeral service will be held at Umash Funeral Home – Mbagathi Road, from 1.00pm to 3.00pm on Thursday 2nd February, 2023.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home, at 5.00pm on 3rd February, 2023. Funeral service and burial will be held on 4th February, 2023 from 10.00am at their rural home in Ainomoi Village (Kabarnet – Iten Highway), Baringo County.
