It is with humble acceptance of God’s will .that we announce the demise of our mother Hannah Njeri Gatheri.

Loving wife of the late John Gatheri Mugo,

Sister of the fate Francis Mwangi, the late Robinson Karatu, the late Bernice Wairimu, Nelson Kanyi and Naomi Wanjiru. Adoring mother of Patrick Mugo (formerly Senior Education officer), Joseph Churu (Formerly Ministry of Housing), Peter Mwangi- Sam (3N Sacco- Nakuru), Prof. Francis Kimani (Technical University of Kenya), David Mucheru (formerly Ol-jororok Day and Boarding Primary School), Robinson Karatu (Naivasha Day Secondary School), the late Jane Wambui, Florence Wanjiku (Soko Mpya), Grace Muthoni (Munyaka Primary School), Naomi Wanjiru (Wanjohi), Beth Wathire (Murungaru) and Samuel Gicheha OKUAT).

Mother-in-law of: Esther Mugo, Mary Churu, Ruth Mwangi, Mercy Kimani, Esther Mucheru, Jane Karatu and Samuel Munyiri. Grandmother and great grandmother of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home, Wanjohi Scheme, Plot 337, Nyandarua County.

The cortege leaves North Kinangop Hospital Mortuary, on 22nd March, 2024 at 8.00 for a funeral service at her home, Wanjohi Scheme, Kipipiri Sub-County.
