Hellen Aoko Owino

With humility, we accept the transition of Hellen Aoko Owino following long heart illness.

Born to the late Lucia Owino and the late Mzee Okinyo Sigunga. Sister of ASP Bernard Ashihundu, the late Cecilia Anyango, Anastasia Dolo, the late Willington Oliech, Hellena Atieno, Regina and Monica. Mother of the late Anjeline Obonyo, the late Maurice Adindo, Jibby Owino, Clementine Atieno, the late Henry Odhiambo, Grace Opiyo, Lt. Col. Eric Owino, Caleb and Babu Owino.

Mother-in-law of the late Joshua Obam, Silvanus Ojwang, Janet, Christine Obiero, Protus, Eunice, and Christine. Grandmother of Lillian, Ochieng, Lucy, Auma, Marycatherine Masiana, Sylvester, Jude, Emmanuel, Becky, Ken, David, Shantel, Gregory, Lyn, Akio, Razi, Tod, Josephine, Hellen, Bephine, Topista, Fedy, Mill), and great grandmother of many.

She will be laid to rest on 15th September in Nyabeda Village, Ugunja.

The requiem mass will be on Friday 14th September at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ugunja.
