It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr. Jacob Litungilu Muaka on 6th September 2018.

Son of the late Jairus Muaka and the late Martha Khayanje. Loving husband of Rhoda Imbuhila. Brother of Loire Gizende, the late Herman Lyayuga, the late Ernest Asiavugwa, Elizabeth Khateji, Serah Ingasiani, the late Lorna Agema, Wilfred Tsihugwa, the late John Masiru, and Hellen Buhugwa. Father of Wycliffe Musulwa (Retired Education Officer), Dr. Beason Musungu (South Africa), Pamela Mwaka (Egerton University), Gillet Jumba (USA), Evans Ambani (Asumbi TTC), and Jairus Muaka (Capital Markets Authority).

Father-in-law of Rosemary, Mary, Barnabas, Damaris, Doreen, and Betty. Grandfather of Gail, Sandra, Melvin, Larneck, Kelvin, Ivy, Imbu, Lela, among others. Uncle of Rachael, Tom, Prof. Angaluki, Simon, Kennedy, Edward, Bilha, Mebo, the late George, Antony, Derick, Oscar, Wavomba among others.

The cortege leaves Kaimosi Jumuiya Friends Funeral Home on 13th September 2018.

Burial Service will take place on Saturday 15th September 2018 at his home, Shamoni Village, Kakamega County.
