Henry Mwangi Makenywa

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Henry Mwangi Makenywa which occurred on Monday 03/06/2019 after a long illness.

Son of the late Mr and Mrs Makenywa Watuku. Husband of the late Ruth Wanjiku Mwangi. Beloved father of John Makenywa, Jane Mugure, the late Daniel Maina, Susan Wanjiru and the late Samuel Nyoike. Brother of Nyoike Makenywa, the late Njeri Kibe, Michael Kamau and Wairimu Mwaganu. Father-in-law of James Kioko. Grandfather of Maureen Ndunge, Marion Wanjiku, Eric Mwangi, Jayson Mwangi and Natasha Wanjiku. Uncle and cousin of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Kiranga Village and at Digithu Hotel, Ruiru from 6.00pm for funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Tuesday 11/06/2019 at 8.00am and thereafter the funeral mass and burial at his home in Kiranga Village, Muruka Location, Kandara Sub-county, Muranga County.
