It is with humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the promotion to Glory of Henry Owuor Otiego, formerly of Nairobi City Council, that occurred on Saturday May 25th 2019.
Son of the late Michael Otiego and Mama Masliana Choka. Loving husband of Rose Adoyo Owuor, and father of Grace (Reki), Jacqueline, Kennedy, Ouma, Fr. Eric S.D.B, Christine, Eva, Teresia & Serah.

Brother of the late Peter, the late Dalmas, the late Thomas, Dinah, Zachayo (Chief), and the late Maurice.

Grandfather of Cedric, Sasha, Jordan, Denise, Nicole, Alex, Trevor, Tatiana, Tendai, Kasera, Choka, Zane, Leo, Cynthia, Ochieng, Geoffrey, Christine & Brian and uncle of the Onjongas, Grey’s, Agedos and Oumas amongst others. Cousin of Dr, Evans Kidero amongst others.
Son-in-law of the late Francis Kasera and late Mama Salome Nyambok. Brother-in-law of Oyier, Leoba, the late Elizabeth, the late Agedo, Rose A., Rose 0., Grace, the late Regina. He is father-in-law of Vivian, Beatrice, Karanja and George.

Friends and family are meeting daily for prayers at his home, Madaraka Estate, Central Court. There will be a requiem mass at Don Bosco Shrine Upperhill on Wednesday June 12th 2019 at 9am. The body leaves Montezuma on Thursday June 13 2019 for his home in Gem-Asumbi, Homa Bay County for an overnight vigil and burial on Friday June 14 2019.
