Hon. Newton Nicodemus Khaniri (Former Assistant Minister, Ministry of Lands and Settlement)
4/10/1935 — 16/03/1996
Dad, it has been 25 years since you left us.
We vividly remember that Saturday when we got the news of your passing on, you went so suddenly we didn’t get a chance to say goodbye.
Coining to terms with your loss has been the most difficult thing for us to do, the grief, pain and emptiness In our hearts has been the hardest to cope with, even though it has been 25 years since you rested, we continually struggle to cope with your absence We look back with nostalgia remembering the good old days when you wore here with us; your hearty laugh, the love, wisdom and the great vision you had for your people, we can’t hold the tears back reflecting on the great dreams that will never be for you are no longer with us.
Each day we learn how to forge ahead without you, taking comfort in the knowledge that God takes His best and nothing catches Him by surprise.
Dearly missed by your children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, the entire Mbihri family and the people of Hamisi Sub County Daddy, your presence, support and love are greatly missed, no matter how much time goes by, you will be In our hearts forever. You are too precious to be forgotten, though you are out of sight, you’ll always be in our hearts. We think of you in silence and remember you every day, in due season the Lord will clear the mist we will forget how long we’ve missed and embrace forever. Continue resting in peace Pap!
Psalm 112:6 Those who are righteous will be long remembered.
Revelation 14:13 Blessed are those who die in the Lord…for they will rest from their hard work; for their good deeds follow them!
i have never got to meat but i know you were a great man watching out for you community thanks.
