It is with humble acceptance that we announce the death of Sister in Christ Jacness Iruki Nthiga.

Wife of the Late Ven. Canon Epaphras Nthiga of Kathari, village Kyeni North ward, Embu East Sub-county. Mother of John Nthiga (Embu Hospital), Row Karoge (Nairobi), Moses Njiru Nthiga (Kilifi Police), Miriam Njeru (Kianjokoma Boarding), Jamleck Nthiga (KDF), Cicely Maina (Nyeri) and Joyce Njeri. Mother-in-law of the late Alice Kanini, Priscilla Wanjiku, John Karoge, Florence Waithera, Sammy Kavango (Vet Department, Runyenjes), Lina Muthoni, Ken Mama (Equity Bank, Nyeri) and the late Bosco Maina. Grandmother of Charity, Doris, Lydia, Tony, Frida, Linda, Anne, Yvonne, Eggie, Henry, K.K Murithi, Patience, Valentine, Glen, Crescent, Ian, Loy, Sammy, Austine and Nicole. She has left five (5) great-grandchildren.

Prayers and funeral arrangements are going on at her Kathari home daily from 3.00pm.

The cortege will leave Gakwegori funeral home on Wednesday 27th November 2019 at 8.30am for a funeral service at ACK St. Barnabas Church Kathari and thereafter burial at her home in Itiri village, Kathari.
