Jacob Thatiah Ngare

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Mr. Jacob Thatiah Ngari (MD) on 4th March 2019 after a long illness bravely borne.

Son of the late Ngare Ngamba and the late Rebecca Wamiti. Beloved husband of the late Janet Thatiah. Doting father of Hamilton Thatiah, Peter Thatiah, Keith Thatiah, Rex Thatiah, Denis Thatiah, David Thatiah, Joan Thatiah, Moses Thatiah and Liz Thatiah. Loving father-in-law of the late Gladwin Njoki, Sarah Amuleni, Evelyn Njoki Jedidah Kagendo, Bancy Njau-Murimi, Sarah Kamande, Maureen Mwende and Roy Kinyua. Brother of the late Ndambiri Ngare, Winston Thitu, the late Alfred Njigua, the late Beth Muthoni, the late Daniel Kariuki, Shelmith Njeri and Simon Waweru. He was blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends and family are meeting at his home in Ruai for funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Tuesday 12th March, 2019 at 7.00am.The church service will be at ACK Christ The King Ruai Church and the cremation service thereafter at Lang’ata Crematorium.
