James Kariuki Ngama

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of James Kariuki Ngama (Founding Director, Green Park Academy), that occurred on 1st April, 2021, after a short illness.

Son of the late Ngama Mwendanjeru and the late Susan Gathoni, the late Wahu Ngama. Beloved husband of Milka Nyambura, Rhoda Wangui, Mary Mukera and Joyce Wanjiku. Loving father of Susan Gathoni, Njoki Clegg, Heston Ngama, Dorcas Gitau, Jayne Wanjiru Kariuki, Jane Kariuki (MFA), Danson Kariuki, Gilbert Mwangi, Nobert Macharia, Tabitha Wanjiru, Catherine Muthoni, Kenneth Kariuki and Nathan Maina. B

rother of Jane Wanjiru Ng’ari, the late Albert Macharia, Jecinta Njeri Waigi, Ernest Karuga, Veronica Wangari, Alice Njeri Kamau, Daucli Githang’a (Dagoretti) the late Muthama (Githunguri) the late Karuga (Dagoretti), the late Njenga (Elburgon), the late James Kariuki (Singh), the late Nicholas Muiruri (Subukia), the late Njooni and the late Ngina (Riruta). A cherished father-in-law, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and a friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting, daily at his residence at Langas Estate, Eldoret from 6:00pm.

Condolence books are open at Green Park Academy and Highlands Education Centre, Tairi Mbili.

The cortege leaves Racecourse Mortuary on Tuesday 6th April, 2021, at 8.00am, the funeral service will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church – Langas, at 10:00am and then proceed to the burial site at Yamumbl Cemetery.
