Jannifer Wanjiku Kairianja

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our family pillar Jannifer Wanjiku Kairianja, which occurred on Friday 2nd April, 2021, at Mater Misericordiae Hospital – Nairobi, after a short illness.

Loving wife to the late Samuel Kairianja Maina (S.K). Beloved mother to Jedidah Njeri Kairianja, Charles Maina Kiarianja, Lee Mbugua Kairianja, Ann Wambui Kairianja and FridahWairimu Kairianja. Daughter of the late Joseph Karega and Hannah Wambui Karega. Daughter-in-law of the late Charles Maina Kairianja and the late Marveling Njeri Maina, Njeri Gikonyo, the late Nyawira Gatumia. Sister to Farida Wairimu, the late Bob Maina, Francis Kinyanjui, Monica Wairimu, the late Susan Mbaire, Harun Njoroge and Edith Nyambura. Grandmother of Kya Wanjiku and Samuel Kairianja.

Family and friends are meeting at Bruce House in Nairobi from 3.00pm and at her home Kambwe, lthenguri, Corong’i, Nyeri County.

The cortege leaves Mater Misericordiae Hospital on Tuesday 6th April, 2021 at 6.30am for burial at her home Kambwe, Ithenguri, Corong’i, Nyeri County. Requiem Mass will be at the graveside starting at 10.00am following the Interfaith and Government protocols.
