JANE FRIDA MUTHONI KABAKI

APPRECIATION

10th June 1965 – 7th July 2025

Muthoni Rubia, the daughter of the late Jane Muthoni Kabaki, together with the Kabaki Family, wish to express our heartfelt appreciation and deepest gratitude to all who stood with us during the most difficult time following her demise.

We give thanks to the Almighty God, the giver of life and the comforter of hearts, for the times and seasons He allowed us to share with Jane.

We wish to extend special thanks to ACK St. Mark’s Church, Westlands, St. Mark’s Mother’s Union, St. Mark’s Choir as well as ACK Christ Church, Westlands, Christ Church Kyuna cell, ACK St. Luke’s, Ting’ang,’a Church and the BSF Loresho group – thank you for lifting our spirits with our presence and ministry.

We arc grateful for the support from various groups Kyuna Crescent and Grevillea Residents Association, Kyuna Pioneer Women’s group, Cancer Survivors Association of Kenya, Kilele Group, Parklands Primary School Alumni, Nairobi Girls Alumni, Green Fields Alumni, SNDBX, MN’ 90 Lawyers, friends and colleagues of Jane’s siblings, with special thanks to Cabinet Secretary Hon. Rebecca Miano EGH, who took time to condole with the family. We also appreciate MP Shah Hospital, where Jane received compassionate care during her illness.

To all medical staff and caregivers- thank you. Special thanks to .lane’s nurses including, Mishinah, Sharinne and caregivers Stacy and Sarah as well as all the support staff at home, who have walked with us during this journey, especially Mark, Francis, Carol, Esther and Lilian who tirelessly gave their time and dedicated support.

To all relatives, friends from the USA, South Africa and all over the world, as well as colleagues who visited, prayed, condoled with us, and supported us in countless ways—we were deeply touched by your love and generosity.

To the Funeral Organizing Committee, we are immensely grateful for your tireless efforts and thoughtful support in ensuring that we gave Jane a most befitting send-off. Special thanks to Dr. S.N.K. Waweni for his leadership and wise counsel, the Waweru, Chira and Nderi family for holding us up even as they grieved the loss too.

While we may not be able to thank everyone individually, kindly accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation to all who walked and continue walking this journey with us. Your support has been more than overwhelming,
