Jane Wangui Ndirangu  

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our loving mother Jane Wangui Ndirangu (Mama Gitindi) of Tabuga, Lanet Area, Nakuru County on 12/08/19 following a short illness.

Daughter of the late Stephen Mahugu & the late Tabitha Nungari Mahugu & the late Hannah Wanja Mahugu. Daughter-in-law of the late Gitindi Wachira & the late Mary Wambui. Wife of the late Paul Ndirangu Gitindi. Mother of Michael Gitindi, Mary Wambui, Tabitha Wairimu, Ruth Wanjiru & Grace Wanjiru. Mother in law of Judy Kinyanjui, Daniel Gichuki, Ike Manasses & Anthony Mwangi. Grandmother of Elvis, Allyssa, Carl, Ryan, Shawn, Kui, Neema, Ethan & Leo among others.

Sister of Grace Wanjiru, Eunice Muthoni, Joseph Gachiengo, Mary Nyaguthii, Margaret Waithera, the late Charles Wachira, John Kimani, Cecilia Wanjiku & Nancy Wairimu. Sister-in-law of Samuel Ndungu, the late John Mbugua, Mary Wairimu, the late Charles Kiguta, the late Kimani, Margaret Njeri, John Kamau, Consolata Njeri, the late John Wathuo, the late Ruth Wanjiru among others. Step-sister of the late Gachiengo, the late Kamanja, the late Kimani, the late Milka, the late Wangui Wachiuri, the late Karanja Mahugu & the late Mary Nyaguthii. Aunt & friend to many.

Friends & relatives are meeting daily at her home in Tabuga, Lanet and at Sagas Hotel, next to Blue Springs Hotel along Thika Road, Nairobi at 6.00pm.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home (Nakuru) on Monday 19/08/2019 at 9.00am for a service at her home and the burial to be held thereafter.
