Janet Nthamba Silla

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance that we announce the sudden demise of Mrs. Janet Nthamba Silla, which occurred on Monday 29th March 2021.

Daughter of the late Mutisya Ngao and the late Rodah Mwelu. Wife of the late David Mutunga Silla. She was blessed with four children; Margaret Owino, Josephine Ndirangu and Ruth Kassauer and Tony Mbithi Silla. Her sons in-law were Godfrey Owino, Major Ndirangu Wahome and Gunter Kassauer and Katheke Mbithi. Grandmother of Brian, Annete, Jane, Mueni, Chichi, Wanjiku, Mutanu, Mutheu and Stephanie Kassauer. Great-grandmother of Sonia, Mutunga and Destiny.

Sister of the late Samuel Nzyuko, the late Mathew Mutisya, Joyce Koki Pius, Pricila Kising’u, Debora Ndolonga, Elizabeth Ndumi, Esther Mutia, the late Grace Julius, the late Peter Mutisya, Penina Michael, the late Emma Maina, the late Mutheu Katiku, Ngomali Mutisya, the late Sophia Mutala, the late Noah Mutisya, the late Mbula Mulwa and George Mutisya. Aunty of Gemma Mutala, Mary Ngori, Rebecca Ngila, Mutwota, Kyome, Nzive, Joan Kiema, Silla Mutisya, Musyoki Noah, Kaloki, among others.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home – Machakos, on Wednesday the 7th April, 2021, at 8:00am and later Burial & Funeral service will take place at her home, starting at 10:00am, at Ndolo Village, Itetani Location, Mbooni West Sub-county, Makueni County.
