In appreciation of God’s will we regret to announce the death of Mr. Jeremiah Ireri Kamau Karati on Sunday 7th June 2020. Husband of the late Mrs. Cecilia Wangai Ireri.

Son of the late Kamau Karati and Mrs Apia Wacuka. Father of Nancy Mwaniki, Moses Karati (CDE Baringo), the late Bedan Muriithi, Silas Kamau (Rianjeru ACK Secondary) Mrs. Jones Njoka (Gitare Primary School), James Nyaga, Peter Karati (Crown Paints Kenya PLC), the late Samuel Dereva, the late Patrick Njiru and David Rugendo (Daima Sacco). Father-in-law of Ephantus Mwaniki (Embu County Government) Kellen Niue (Kangaru School), Peris Muriithi (Jeremiah Nyagah Technical Institute), Joyce Njeru (St. Marys Mukangu Sec. Sch), James Gichamu (Gakwegori Primary School), Ann Nyaga, Anastacia Karimi Njagi, Mrs. Purity Rugendo (S.A. Nduuri Secondary School).

Brother of Mrs. Loise Njue, Mrs. Mary Ruraa, Mrs. Florence Karati Njeru (Kegonge Secondary School), Deaconess Jane Karira. Uncle of the late Doris Njue, Catherine Njue, Willy Murigo, Eunice Mwende, Ruth Ruraa, Job Kamau, Ann Murugi, Catherine Njeru, Job Munene, Mary Mukami, Ann Nancy Muthoni, among others. Grandfather and great grandfather of many.

The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral Home on Tuesday 16th June 2020 at 10:00 am for burial at Irangi village, Mugui sub location, Kagaari North West location, Embu East Sub county.
