It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden passing of Joash Edward Ong’ayo on 28th Oct 2019.

Son of the late Zakaria Njira Muhunya and the late Deborah Wafula. Husband of Aziza Ong’ayo. Father of Maryam, Rozalyne, Rennie, the late Steve Njira, Moses, and Shirleen. Father-in-law of Dr.Alavi; Grandfather of Alex, Hyder, Hakeem, Jeremy, and Rama.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Hazina Estate Nairobi-Court 2-Flat 11-Door 3, Rio Hotel in Nairobi West, and Mutumbu in Gem Yala.

There will be a fund-raising to offset the funeral expenses at All Saints Cathedral on Wed 6th Nov 2019 at 5.30pm and at his home in Mutumbu at 2pm.

The funeral service will be on Thursday 7th Nov 2019 at All Saints Cathedral at 10.00am.

The cortege departs Montezuma Funeral Home at 6.00am on Friday 8th Nov 2019 for burial on Saturday 9th Nov 2019 at Mutumbu, GEM Yala, along the Kisumu Busia Highway.
