John Kingi Gichuki Hsc

It is with utmost sadness but with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of John Kingi Gichuki Hsc. Former principal Njorua High School and Inooro Secondary School which occurred on 31/10/2019.

Son of the late Paul Gichuki Karuu and Naomi Wambui Gichuki. Son-in-law of the late Mr & Mrs Samuel Muchiri. Loving husband of Julia Wanjiru Kingi. Loving father of Patrick Muchiri, Paul Gichuki, Priscilla Wambui , the late Peter Mwangi and the late Winfred Wangari. Doting grandfather of John Anthony Kingi, Lydia Wanjiru and John Kingi among others. Brother of the late Wangari, the late Karuu, the late Muchiri, the late Nyambura, Waceke, the late Murugi, Wambugu and Njeri. In law of the late Kamundia, the late Wamucii, Kanyeki, Mwangi, Waruingi and Wairimu.

Family and friends are meeting at his residence in Muthaiga Nanyuki, Emess hotel and his home in Igwamiti Nyahururu.

The cortege leaves Nanyuki Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary on Thursday 7th November 2019 at 6.30 am. Funeral service and burial will be held at his home in Igwamiti Nyahururu opposite Igwamiti secondary at 10.00am.
