John Charles Cege Ndung’u

The family of the late Amos Ndung’u Munyoike (Wagatua) and the organizing committee announce the death of John Charles Cege Ndung’u who until his demise was residing in Ruiru and formerly a resident of Ngecha.

Son of the late Amos Ndung’u Munyoike (Wagatua) and the late Phyllis Njeri Ndung’u. Husband of Catherine Mwihaki Cege. Father of Joseph and Charity Kang’ethe, Amos and Jane Ndung’u, Anne and Lovell Cunningham, Jayne Muthoni Cege, Jane Muthoni and Munyoike Cege (Moony).

Brother of Winnie Wanjiru, Arthur N. Ndune (Seattle, USA), Daniel Nyanjui, the late Loise Wangui Anderson, the late Robert Ngige and the late Catherine Mumbi.

Family and friends are meeting at his father’s home in Ngecha and his home in Ruiru for prayers and funeral arrangements daily from 4:00pm.

The cortege will leave Chiromo mortuary on 20th May, 2021 for a funeral service at Gichuru High School Grounds, Ngecha from 11:00am. Burial will follow thereafter at Gitangu next to PCEA Gitangu Church.
