It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of John Edward Ogutu of Botaranda Village, Magenche Market, Majoge Borabu, Kenyenya sub-county, on 20th May 2017 at Christa-Marianne Hospital, Kisii.
Son of the late Malachi Onyinkwa and late Drusilla Nyamoita. Son-in-law of the late Anari Mochama and Loice Mosiara of Igorera, Bombaba. Husband of the late Frida Kerubo. Brother of the late Jeremiah Abuga, the late Miriamu Bikeri, late Dionysius Omambia, Zedekiah Okenye (Canada), Obadiah Moseti and Perez Bonchere. Beloved father of Grace, Stanley, Moses, Gardiner (KPA Msa), Thomas (Prisons), Rodadele, the late Florence, Jane, Josephine, Morris (Central Bank Msa), Webster (Mokomoni Sec. School), Damaris, and Onesmus. Grandfather of Onyinkwas, Nyamoitas, Abugas and Omwambias. Great grandfather of many. Father-in-law of Priscah, Hellen, Beatrice, Pamela, Rose, Lydia, Lilian and Ezina. Cousin of Nyakundi, Onchiris, Mainas and others. In law of Bitengo, Bob Mogusu, Kamau, the late Miguna, Abuyas, and the Obieros. Korera of onkoba, Matigere, Keraro, Otwori,Ayienda, Nyabicha, Mecha, Ongeri, Munges, Motabori, and Nyandieka.

The cortege leaves Christa -Marianne mortuary on Thursday 1st Jne 2017 for his home near Magenche market.Ogutu will be laid to rest on Friday 2nd one 2017 at his farm in Magenche village.
