It is with acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Mzee John Jura Hallowe Odhiambo of Alego (War Veteran).

Husband of the late Helidah Okwako Hallowe.

Son of the late Odhiambo Oketch and Dorcas Atieno of Alego Boro, Siaya. Brother of Jael, late Odhuno, Ngonga, Leah, Margaret, Otieno, Hallowe, Benjamin.

Brother-in-law of Penninah Ngonga. Loving father of Julia Ochung, the late Jotham Hallowe, Joyce Ouma, the late Dorothy Hallowe, Patricia Obare, George Hallowe, the late Margaret Odhiambo, the late Kennedy Hallowe, Nancy Ngaira, the late Danson Oduor.

Father-in-law of the late Ochung, Prof Ouma, late Florence, Obare, Omondi, Anne, Ben, Judith, Liz. Uncle of Olungae, George, Achwal, Samuel, Prof Mwanda, Prof. Jaoko, late Paul Were and others

Funeral service will be held on Friday 9th May 2025 at ACK Emmanuel church Ngong at 10.00am.

Burial will be held on 10th May 2025 in Molo, Nakuru.
