John Kennedy Keraro

It is with much pain, sadness and regret that we share news of the sudden death of John Kennedy Keraro of Moturumesi Village, Kitutu Masaba Constituency, Nyamira County on 13th July 2018. At the time of his death, John was a teacher at Kabianga Boys High School, Kericho County.

Son of Mzee Samuel Thomas Keraro, Mama Elizabeth Osebe and Mama Yuvenciah Kemunto. Husband of Jeniffer Chepkemoi (Deputy Principal Saseta Girls’ High). Loving Father of Gerald Nyachieo Keraro (JKUAT, Kisii), Allan Nyamweya (Graduate from Egerton University), Moureen Kerubo (Maseno University), Martin Okara (Tengecha High School) and Lucy Kemunto (Sach Kobor Academy). Brother of Prof. Fred N. Keraro (Egerton University), Richard Ogeto Keraro (Asumbi Teachers College), Dr. Victor N. Keraro (WUSC, Nairobi), Joseph Moruri Keraro (RV1ST, Nakuru), Isabella Keraro Ondari (Texas, USA), Benjamin Nyakundi Keraro (Kisii), Linus Mokaya Keraro (KTL. Kajiado County), Gerald Mobagi Keraro (Minnesota, USA) and Vincent Nyakeri Keraro (KTDA, Kisii County). Nephew, cousin and uncle of many.

Burial is scheduled for 27th July 2018 at his home, Moturumesi, Kitutu Masaba Constituency, Nyamira County.
