It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden death of Joseph Ketuta Ole Wuantai (Former Director, Kenya Ports Authority) and Former Clerk to Olekejuado County Council, which occurred on Friday 30th April, 2021.

Son of the late Mzee Wuantai and the late Sonkoi Wuantai. Husband of Phylis Peresian Wuantai. Father of Philip Koipaton, Doris Seteiyo, Kenneth Mutungei, Clement Kokan, Dorcas Tupet and Evelyne Naipande. Uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather to many.

Brother to the late Shiisho, the late Shiinka, the late Soyiantet, Noorkura, the late Parsaet and the late Kisombea. Son-in-law of the late Isaac Olodomugurii Karei and the late Fleshia Naipandei Karei. Brother-in-law of the late Winnie Naisianoi, Cmdt (Rtd) Tetu, the late Ephantus Karei, Esther Omolo, Josiah Karei, Margaret Karei, Sophy Oyure, Agnes Nashepae, Benson Karei and Eunice Kabugi.

Family and friends are meeting daily for funeral and burial arrangements at his Upper Matasia home – Ngong, from 3.00pm,

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home at 8:00am on Wednesday 5th May, 2021. Thereafter burial at his Upper Matasia home, Ngong, Kajiado County.

Covid19 restrictions and protocol will be observed according to MoH guidelines.
