It is with humble acceptance of God’s will  that we announce the passing on of our beloved dad, Joseph Kimining Arap Chepkwony (Kaplimo). Son of the late Malakwen Arap Birir and the late Tabargari Jepng’eny (Christina). Brother of late Adriano Chepkwony, Anna Jepkering, Ernest Agui, the late Paulina Jepketer, the late James Maneno and Stephen Kipsugut Koech. Loving husband of late Constantine Jemeli. Father of Prof. Simeon Mining Moi University, Mrs.  Tecla jepkemboi Buigut – Ministry of Agriculture, Anthony Kibwambok – farmer, Salina Jelagat – Business lady Eldoret, Willy Mining – M.T.R.H Eldoret, Emmanuel Morogo of K.O.F.C. Eldoret, Francis Kipkosge i- K.D.F.

Father in law to Dr. Pacifica Mining, Eng. Alex Buigut, Hilda, Rebecca, Sally and Irine. He was grandfather to Kimutai, Kiptoo, Allan, Andrew, Jelagat, Jemutai, Kipkorir, Dr. Jepkoech, Kipruto, Kipchumba, Obadiah, Sandra, Meshack,Judy, Kipkirui, Kipchirchir, George, Peter, Chepchumba and Jerop.

Uncle to Colonel (retired) Kirwa Kogo, Priscilla Korir, Emmanuel, Milkah, Kipsang, Philip, Jepchirchirjulius among others. Grandfather of Kimutai, Kiptoo,Alan,Andrew, Chelagat, Jemutai, Kipkorir, Dr. Jepkoech, Kipruto, Kipchumba, Obadiah, Sandra, Lieutenant Kipkorir, Judy, Kipkirui, Kipchirchir, George, Peter, Chepthumba and Jerop.

The cortege leaves MTRH Farewell home on Thursday Decmber 1, 2016.

Burial will take place on Friday 2/12/2016 at his home in Sironoi, Nandi.
