It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing away of Mzee Joseph Kipsiele Koech at Tenwek Hospital on Monday 10th May, 2021.
Husband of the late Mary Koech of Ainapkoi Village, Kericho County. Son of the late Kenduiywo and Tamarta Moi of Kaptongeno Village. Son-in-law of the late Kipchirchir Arap Mosonik and Taprandich Mosonik of Kapsuser village. Brother of the late Chebochok Koech, the late Jakobo Koech the late Eddah Birir, the late Chelogoi Kenduiywo, the late Sigilai Kenduiywo, Paul Kenduiywo, Joseph Kenduiywo, Simon Stmotwo„ Mary and Margaret.
Father of David & Mary Siele, the late Simon & Damaris Siete, Charles & Caroline Siele, Salty & Mathew Mutai, Wesley & Margaret Siete, Ben & Emmy Siete, Lawrence & Lynn Siele and Janet Josephat Yator. He is blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home Ainapkoi Village Kericho.
The cortege leaves Tenwek Hospital Mortuary on Friday 14th May, 2021 for a funeral service at Ainapkoi AGC Church. Burial will take place on Saturday 15th May, 2021 at family home in Ainapkoi Village, Kericho County.

Being close friend to David and family,we became friends to mzee Koech and knew him as a pillar , christian and a role model who loved and was proud of his sons and daughters, fare thee mzee and God rest his soul in eternal peace.
