Daughter of the late Abraham Anubi and the late Loice Kavugwi. Loving wife of the late Pastor Nathan Luhongo. Mother of the late Edith, Henry, the late Stanley, the late Jeremiah, Mary, the late Beeson, the late Meshack, David, Joan (DSAS – MoE), Gichuru, Anthony and Peter Luhongo. Mother-in-law of Leah, Fridah, Grace, Christine, Jacklyne, Kadenyi, Levi Amugune & the late Isaac Magetto.

Sister of the late Hellena, the late Luvusi, the late Tsisiga, the late Akivaga & the late Majani. Auntie to Felix, Nyawire, Ludenyos, Akivagas, Majanis, Ambweres, lmbatsas and lmbalagayas. Grandmother of Akenga, Aluvale, Agama, Laura, Hilda, Linda, Carolyne, Eric, Wilbur, Maxmilla, Joan, Ludenyo, Ambwere, Marleen, Shaleen, Mokua, Chaviha, Selina, Claris, Glen, among others. Great-grandmother of many.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on 20th May 2021 for a service at FIC Ngong Road, from 11.00am. There will be a service at Vokoli Friends Church, from 11am on Friday 21st May. Mama Berita will be laid to rest at her Busingo home on 22nd May 2021. Service will start at 7.00am in accordance with the CovidI9 Protocols.
