It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Joseph Kirera Gikunda M’Imanyara formely of Kalamazoo Taws Limited, on 10th Nov 2020 at Kiirua Mission Hospital, Meru.

Son of the late Jonah M’Imanyara M’Muronga and the late Elizabeth Tirindi M’Mburugu. Stepson to Mariamu Karai Jonah and husband to Josphine Kanini Gikunda. Father to Stephen Gatobu, Dr Lydia Nkatha Kinuthia (Egerton University), Jeremiah Mbaya (Senior Chief Nduruma Location), Agnes Kagendo (KNH) and Priscilla Kinanu (County Government of Kiambu). Brother to Priscillah Mwari Kiruga, Robert Mwongera, Janet Karambu Mugaa, Late Tabitha Naitore Kirimi and Harrison Mbukuthi. Father- in-law to Joy Karendi, David Kinuthia, Doris Makena, M. Mutembei and John Mwangi. Grandfather to George Mutethia, Neema Wanjiku, Ian Mwenda, Furaha Makena,Victor Macharia, Allan Munene, Favour Wanjiku, Brian Mutugi and Warren Muthomi, uncle and cousin to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily for funeral arrangements at his home Ncebe village, Nduruma.

The cortege leaves Kiirua Mission Hospital on Thursday 19th November at 7.00am for funeral service at his home in Ncebe Village, Nduruma Sublocation, Central lmenti subcounty, Meru County.
