It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on to glory of Joseph Kiriba Karoki on Saturday, 3rd January, 2026.

Beloved son of James Karoki Wanjohi and Joan Njuhi.

Husband of the late Lucy Wanjiku, Elizabeth Muthoni and Mary Wanjiku. Loving father of James Karoki & Beth Njeri , Lucy Njeri & Charles Waithaka, Dorothy Wambui, James Karoki (Baba), Paul Ndegwa & Faith Njambi, Rachael Wanjiku & Daniel Ndegwa and Tumaini Njeri.

Brother of the late John Mwangi, Pauline Wambui, Samuel Njoroge, Nicholas Waweru, Patrick Wanjohi, Ziporah Wothaya, Theuri Karoki, Solomon Chege, Peter Ng’ang’a and Mary Nyambura.

Cherished grandfather of Joseph Kiriba, Lucy Wanjiku, Robert Mutuku, Joseph Karoki, Joy and Joan Karoki, Benjamin Waithaka, Joseph Waithaka, Maryanne Waniiku and Ace Joseph. He was a brother-in-law, uncle,cousin, grandfather, and dear friend to many.

Daily meetings are being held at his homes in Thika Greens, Kinangop (Engineer) and Nyahururu from 5:00pn-.

The funeral serve and burial will take place on Saturday, 10th January, 2026 at his home in \Engineer, Kinangop. The cortege leaves Engineer County Hospital (Nyayo Ward) at 9.00 am.
